Following the January AGM, committee members have changed, their profiles are being updated at the moment, please bear with us while we arrange photographs and biographies.
Chairman - Ian Tuersley
Ian and his wife Sharon joined the club after attending the beginner’s course run in the summer of 2004. He was swiftly co-opted as the Club Secretary at the following AGM when he accidentally raised his hand at the wrong moment, and has not managed to extricate himself from the Committee since. In 2008 he took over as Chairman after Geoff Bilton’s many years sterling work in the post.
Ian shoots recurve and longbow, neither to a particularly impressive standard but he does get excited at the chance to win a new badge and is slowly reducing his handicap. |
